For whatever reason you may have come to this site, I ask you to excuse its state of disrepair, for it is under construction. Not just the content and design, either; you have found this site in the middle of the latest attempt at my plan of many years to write my own content manager. Naturally, I have big plans for all that it may be some day, but for the moment you see only its humble beginnings.
